To submit a claim, customers must:
• Notify POEM within 3 calendar days of receiving the package.
• Provide the order number and a detailed description of the issue.
• Submit clear photographs and an unedited video of the package opening process showing the shipping label, package condition, and contents.
Claims submitted without an opening video may not be eligible for review.
Upon verification and approval, POEM may, at its sole discretion, determine the appropriate resolution according to the nature of the issue.
