Step 1 \u2014 Submit Your Order<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n Contact POEM\u2019s wholesale team and submit the products you would like to order. Please include the product name or SKU, color, size, quantity, and any other relevant requirements.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

Step 2 \u2014 Review Product Details<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n Before the order is confirmed, wholesalers must carefully review all product details, including style, color, size, measurements, quantity, price, and estimated production time.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Step 3 \u2014 Quotation<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n POEM will review product availability and provide an official quotation containing the confirmed order details, applicable wholesale pricing, estimated production time, and shipping information.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

Step 4 \u2014 Order Confirmation<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n Please confirm that all information shown in the quotation is complete and accurate. A wholesale order will only be processed after the wholesaler has approved the final order details.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Step 5 \u2014 Payment<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n Full payment of 100% of the total order value is required before production begins. Official payment instructions and bank account information will be provided through POEM\u2019s invoice or order confirmation.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Payment Confirmation<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n After completing the payment, please provide the payment receipt or transaction confirmation to POEM. The order is considered successfully confirmed only after the payment has been received and verified.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Production<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n Production begins after full payment has been verified. Estimated production time varies by product and will be stated in the quotation, product list, or order confirmation.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Customization Requests<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n Any customization request must be submitted before the order is confirmed. POEM will review whether the requested changes are technically suitable and may advise against modifications that affect the original shape, structure, or design integrity of the product.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

Customization Approval<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n Approved customization requests may require additional fees, minimum quantities, materials, or production time. The final specifications and timeframe must be confirmed in writing by both parties before production begins.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

Shipping Arrangement<\/h3>\r\n

International Shipping<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n POEM covers transportation from its warehouse to the designated shipping carrier within Vietnam. International shipping, customs duties, import taxes, destination fees, and local delivery costs are borne by the wholesaler unless otherwise agreed in writing.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Delivery Inspection<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n Upon delivery, wholesalers must immediately inspect the shipment and verify the quantity, product style, SKU, color, and size against the confirmed order.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Reporting an Issue<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n Any missing item, incorrect product, incorrect quantity, or visible defect must be reported to POEM within 24 hours of successful delivery and will be reviewed under POEM\u2019s Wholesale Return & Exchange Policy.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n
